In addition, Cartagena Capital has exclusively been advising investors on their portfolios regarding strategic issues including business development and corporate development strategy. We also advise on the positioning of companies prior to a private placement or fundraising. We normally assist companies in obtaining growth capital from an early stage until the pre-IPO phase.
