DFW Deutsche Fernsehwerke GmbH raises further capital for TIMM

In September 2009, Cartagena Capital closed another fundraising transaction. DFW Deutsche Fernsehwerke GmbH, operator of digital broadcaster and cross-media platform TIMM, has received new capital from two new investors as well as existing backers.

Next to existing shareholders IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (via the VC Fonds Kreativwirtschaft Berlin GmbH), south&browse GmbH, VGM Verlagsgesellschaft Madsack GmbH & Co KG and the founder Frank Lukas, NRW.BANK (via NRW.BANK.Kreativwirtschaftsfonds GmbH & Co. KG) and cine plus (via cine plus Media Venture GmbH) are now investors in the firm.
