Jane Zweig
Jane Zweig is an equity partner and Chief Executive Officer of The Shosteck Group, an international, wireless, Internet, media and cable telecommunications analysis and consulting firm. She has 18 years experience in the mobile sector. For the past several years, Jane has focused on the blurring of the “communications” boundaries and the ecosystem around it.
Jane specializes in business development strategies and working in partnership with clients to develop profit driven strategies. She has senior level management contacts in major telecom operators, equipment vendors, regulatory agencies, media and entertainment companies, content developers, financial institutions, and many start-ups around the globe.
Jane is a featured speaker at major industry conferences and workshops. She is quoted regularly in the international trade and business press, as well as in company-specific publications.
Jane was named by Wireless Week as one of the Influential Women in Wireless. Jane is also a fellow of the Radio Club of America. Prior to Jane entering the telecoms field, she served as a legislative assistant for a U.S. Senator.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975 from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, USA.
