New Executive Advisors joining Cartagena Capital

Munich/Germany -- June 1, 2007 -- Cartagena Capital, a global technology corporate finance firm, headquartered in Munich, Germany, announced today that Jane Zweig and Tom Nolle, two very experienced leaders of the telecom industry, have joined Cartagena Capital as Executive Advisors.

Jane Zweig is the CEO of The Shosteck Group (http://www.shosteck.com), a global telecoms consultancy headquartered in the US. She has 20 years of telecom and wireless experience, working with senior executives of communications companies all over the world. As "communications" boundaries have blurred, she has focused on analyzing and understanding the resulting changes as well as helping companies to adopt profit driven strategies. Jane was named by Wireless Week as one of the Influential Women in Wireless as well as elected a Fellow of the Radio Club of America.

Tom Nolle is the President of CIMI Corporation, (http://www.cimicorp.com), a US based telecom technology assessment and strategic planning consultancy, working with senior executives of large telecom and networking companies, the investment community and Wall Street institutions. Tom has 25 years of experience in the data and IP industries, including technologies such as IP service evolution, ATM, LAN switching, VLANs, network management and Internet/Intranet. He was named by Network World one of the most influential people in the networking industry for four years running.
